Guarantee FAQs
How to validate my Guarantee?
The boiler must be registered for the guarantee and keep the guarantee valid you must have the boiler serviced every year.
Should I register my own Guarantee?
No, the task of registering your new boiler should be carried out by your installer.
Please note if you register your appliance yourself you will only receive the standard guarantee length (5 years Gas and 2 years Oil). If you have any queries then please contact us.
What's the difference between a Guarantee and a Warranty?
The main difference between a guarantee and a warranty is that a guarantee is usually free, whereas a warranty typically includes a premium for the cover (much like a form of insurance). The great thing about a guarantee is that it is legally binding and adds to your rights under consumer law.
