Introduction to SingleKey ID
SingleKey ID is a Bosch managed service that will enable you to login to any Bosch platform using one email address.
For example, you could be a member of our loyalty scheme or app, have an EasyControl and have security cameras all under one login.

Step 1: go to www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/login and choose loyalty portal
Step 2: Log in via Historic login with your usual username and password
Step 3: See the migration steps screen and click continue
Step 4: Log in to your single key id email account
You should then come back to your Worcester Account
From then on when logging use the SingleKey ID option at the login screen to access your account

You will no longer be able to use Historic Login to gain access, you must use the "Continue to Singlekey" Option
Is SingleKey ID free to use?
SingleKey ID is free of charge.
Who should I contact if I need support with SingleKey ID?
Please contact digital.mailbox@uk.bosch.com and include your email address and a screenshot of your issue.
What happens if I don't migrate my existing account to SingleKey ID?
You will receive an email from us when your account is ready to migrate to SingleKey ID. Once you receive this email, you will need to complete this to get access to your account.
If you have not received an email from us, you will be able to continue to login to your account as normal.
Email address FAQ's
I have a SingleKey ID already, can I use this to log into my Worcester Bosch account?
If you have already set up a SingleKey ID with another Bosch division (Power tools or Bosch Home Appliances), you will be able to use the existing SingleKey ID when migrating your Worcester Bosch account.
Which email address should I create a SingleKey ID with?
You should use a personal email address instead of a shared mailbox when creating a SingleKey ID.
This is to avoid any other users seeing your personal data with any other Bosch accounts.
We recommend you using the same email address linked to your existing Worcester Bosch account.
Will I need to use a genuine email address to create a SingleKey ID with?
Yes, you will need a genuine email address to create an ID. This is to support you with any login issues in the future, and to verify your email address.
Will my username change?
Your email address will replace your username. Please use your email address and password in order to login.

How long is the migration process with SingleKey ID?
Instantly! All you need to do is login to your account and follow the migration instructions on-screen.
I have an existing account with Worcester Bosch, how do I migrate my account?
Once we contact you, letting know that you are ready to start using SingleKey ID with your account please follow these steps below to create your SingleKey ID:
- Visit worcester-bosch.co.uk/login
- Login using your usual login username and password in the historic login option.
- You will now be invited to SingleKey ID
- Enter your email address
- Create a password
- Enter your unique verification code (you will receive this to the email address from step 4)
- Your SingleKey ID is created and is now linked to your account, next time you log on you can use the SingleKey ID option
How do I sign up to the Worcester Bosch loyalty scheme with SingleKey ID?
- Click here to go to our sign up page
- Click on continue SingleKey ID
- Create a password
- Enter your unique verification code (you will receive this to the email address from step 4)
- Your SingleKey ID is created
You will then be redirected to the sign up form to complete your application.
What happens to my account once I set up my SingleKey ID?
All of your existing information within your account will stay the same and be available to view after migrating your account.
If you are a member of our loyalty scheme, any guarantees, points or orders will still be on your account as they were before. This is just an update to how you log into the Bosch systems.
Password FAQ's
What if I forget my password once I have migrated to SingleKey ID?
You will no longer be able to request a password reset through your Worcester Bosch account or customer service team.
Instead, you will be redirected to SingleKey ID, where you can reset your password.
Please note: this will update your password for all Bosch sites.
What if I forget my password once I have not yet migrated to SingleKey ID?
- Visit worcester-bosch.co.uk/login
- Choose the area you want to login to
- Click forgotten password.
- You will receive an email
- Click on the link to set your new password
What if I want to update my password once I have migrated to SingleKey ID?
You will no longer be able to reset your password within the web portal or app
You will instead be provided with an option to go to SingleKey ID and change your password there.
I'm a member of your loyalty scheme, what if I want to update my password once I have not yet migrated to SingleKey ID?
If you are a member of our loyalty scheme, follow these steps:
- Login to your account
- Go to account
- Account settings
- My details
- My password.

Do I require a Worcester Bosch Professional mobile application update to use SingleKey ID?
Yes, you must be on version 1.4.2 or higher to login using the SingleKey ID functionality.

General troubleshooting
Why am I getting an "Incorrect credentials" error logging into my account?
There are a couple of reasons why you might be seeing this error:
- If you have migrated your account to Singlekey ID you will see this error if you are trying to log in using the historic login. If this is the case please log into your account using the SingleKey ID option into the portals or app.
- If you have choosen to login with Singlekey ID to a portal that you don't have access to, you will see this message. Please check which area of the Worcester Bosch website you are trying to access
- You might not have an existing account with us. visit our professional website to sign up (new accounts only)
