Our Greenstar 8000 Life, available in white, keeps all of the tried, tested and much-loved CDi Classic features, and improves on everything else.
With outputs of up to 50kW for combi and regular, and outputs up to 35kW for system, our next generation boiler also benefits from the same pipe connections, flue and fixing points as the CDi Classic for a ‘simple switch’.
Our 8000 Life, which comes with a 10 year guarantee when installed with any Greenstar System Filter, comes complete with an improved push-button LCD display, with diagnostic codes similar to that of the CDi Classic.
Our Greenstar 8000 Style, has all the benefits of our 8000 Life, but is available in both high gloss black and white, represents a new benchmark in premium quality heating and hot water provision.

It features a detailed text display and an intuitive menu structure for rapid diagnosis, fault-finding and commissioning, with no need to search through manuals and fault codes.
The Greenstar 8000 Lifestyle range has been developed following many years of installer feedback and customer insight, and offers your customers greater choice in every way, while you enjoy the many benefits of improved installation, simple commissioning and hassle-free servicing.
Available in combi, up to 50kW, our 8000 Lifestyle range is the most powerful combi boiler in the market. The maximum horizontal flue lengths, 60/100 for our 30kW variant, is now up to 17m. Despite this power, the combustion chamber within the appliance means the Lifestyle range is now quieter than its predecessor, the Greenstar CDi Classic.
The Greenstar 8000 Lifestyle range features a series of clearly labelled and enhanced touchpoints. The front case and combustion chamber can each be removed with just a single screw, meaning you can begin to service the boiler within minutes. In addition, the top and side panels can be individually removed, making the boiler easier to lift and access in restricted locations.
What’s more, front access PRV can be removed in less than 10 minutes and you can now drain down the boiler without connecting to an external drain-off hose. The large condensate trap touch point can be removed easily and increases the volume of condensate discharge to significantly reduce or even eliminate the risk of freezing.
The control fascia can be quickly dropped down for comfortable service access, while the wiring connections, which are laid out similarly to our Greenstar i, can be accessed without any screws. As an added touch, the control fascia when dropped down includes an in-built screwdriver holder and screw tray.
Our industry first RF key acts as a wireless receiver between the control and boiler, meaning the Bosch EasyControl can be installed wirelessly.
This smart internet-connected control can be installed on the wall, or placed on our new Bosch EasyControl table stand, powered from a 3-pin plug or installed via a 2-core wire connection between the control and boiler. Our Bosch EasyControl RF key and table stand are each sold separately.
DHW and CH can be programmed, monitored and controlled via the Bosch EasyControl app, another unique selling point. You can also store your details directly onto the app, allowing your customer to contact you easily.
Our new, industry first, Greenstar Intelligent Filling System uses the latest innovative software to help ensure our 8000 Lifestyle range maintains optimum boiler pressure.
If the system pressure becomes low, this revolutionary software allows the internal filling valve to automatically fill the heating system. Once optimum pressure has been reached it will automatically stop and close the integrated filling valve.
The Greenstar Intelligent Filling System will recognise a significant leak in the system and prevent the boiler from over-filling. The boiler will alert your customer if the heating system is losing too much pressure, reducing the need for pressure-related call outs. Please note that the Intelligent Filling System is compatible with Combi Boilers only.
One of its most iconic features, our top of the range 8000 Style includes a full colour, touchscreen display. The simple full text makes navigating through the intuitive menu structure effortless, allowing your customer to know the exact status of the boiler.
This pioneering display panel enables rapid diagnosis, fault-finding and commissioning, with no need to search through manuals and fault codes.
The 8000 Style takes you through the necessary commissioning procedure easily, while providing you with all the information to complete the Benchmark Checklist quickly. All this means you can walk away knowing you have set the boiler to achieve maximum comfort and efficiency.
As the direct replacement for the CDi Classic, the Greenstar 8000 Life has a number of improved technical attributes such as heating output, maximum horizontal flue lengths, hot water flow rates and a lighter lift weight.
