Smart gets smarter with the Wave
Published: 15-06-2016
- New update to our Wave internet-connected controller
- Smart watch compatible app and self-learning technology for greater comfort and efficiency
- New scannable QR code for quick and easy product registration
We’ve added new functionality to our Wave internet-connected controller, offering even more reason to integrate sophisticated heating and hot water controls into your customers’ homes.
With new self-learning technology that takes user habits into account for even greater comfort and efficiency, the update will be accessible through the free and easy-to-use app and makes the Wave one of the first heating controls to be compatible with smart watches.
What’s more, the update has been designed to offer easy registration for installers, with a scannable QR code that removes the need to manually enter lengthy codes.
All of this comes in addition to the Wave’s existing efficiency benefits. Compatible with a wide range of our award-winning Greenstar gas boilers, the device’s load and weather compensation offers an uplift of 4% in line with the ErP Directive; ultimately achieving A+ efficiency when combined with our Greenstar i, Si or CDi Compact combi boilers.
