- Five-strong team dedicated to questions and queries relating to controls and smart technologies.
- Support on hand for products manufactured by third-parties as well as Worcester.
With the market for smart boiler controls and connected appliances continuing to grow, we’ve strengthened our support for this emerging market by appointing a dedicated Controls & Connectivity team within our award-winning Technical Support department.
Our five-strong team of technical experts will be fully dedicated to responding to all manner of practical questions and queries relating to our growing range of smart and connected technologies, as well as those available via other manufacturers.
With the nature of technical queries relating to controls and connected products often concerning software as well as hardware, our new team has been selected on the basis of their knowledge and experience in the digital arena. As well as being able to address queries over the phone, the team will also have access to Worcester’s video calling platforms to offer added visual guidance.
Martyn Bridges, our Director of Technical Communication and Product Management commented: “The market for smart and connected technologies is growing rapidly, so we’re keen to be the first manufacturer in the industry to ensure installers and their customers have a dedicated team of experts they can call upon, no matter how complex their query might be.
“The nature of technical queries in this area tend to be quite different to those concerning boilers and heating appliances, so it seems logical to have expertise in this area.”
Installers wishing to speak to Worcester’s new Controls & Connectivity team can do so by calling 0330 123 3641.
