We’re delighted to confirm the appointment of Paul Soper as our new Director of Sales.
Paul boasts over 20 years’ industry experience having first joined Worcester as a factory floor operative in 1994. Having moved into sales in 2001 as a Technical Sales Manager for South Yorkshire, Paul makes the step into his new role from his previous position heading up the manufacturer’s Specification division.
In his new role, Paul will oversee our entire external salesforce; working closely with our Regional Sales Directors and National Specification Director to ensure we continue to meet ever-evolving market demands from installers, specifiers and merchants.
Paul’s appointment as Director of Sales sees Rob Leonard take his previous role as National Specification Director, with the aim of maintaining our performance in the specification market, growing our new build sales and continuing our strong performance in the eco sector.
On his appointment, Paul commented: “I can’t wait to begin my next challenge in my career with Worcester. Alongside the Sales Management team, I’ll be hoping to strengthen what is already a successful formula by making sure that we meet the needs of installers up and down the country.”
