- Installers can book courses, track progress and access resources.
- The platform goes live later this summer.
- Access is provided through a smartphone, tablet or PC.
- The e-course builds on Worcester’s 25 years’ training experience.
Going live later this summer is our new online E-Academy, designed to provide UK installers a convenient way of booking training courses, tracking progress and accessing learning resources wherever they may be, all through their smartphone, tablet or PC.
We’ve created the platform to offer installers the ability to pre-register themselves and four members of their team, giving them instant access to the learning and development resources once the system is launched.
The e-academy is tailored around the busy-lives of installers, allowing them to book training courses at any one of our main academies, be it Worcester, Clay Cross, West Thurrock or Wakefield. While also handing them access to supplementary training materials, to really maximise the benefits of their training.
We have further plans to develop the e-academy. As the platform develops we’re going to introduce new functionality such as short videos and online courses, giving installers control over the development of their skills, at a time and place that works for them.
With more than 25 years’ experience, we pride ourselves on our training provisions. In 2017 we helped 16,550 installers to develop their skills across a range of courses charting the latest developments in heating technology. We have also provided training for the development of commercial skills and for ACS Qualifications.
Our e-Academy is the next step in tailoring training services to the busy lives and training needs of the installer.
