The company has been in business for 20 years with just myself for the first 10 years,then Andrew (Apprentice) came on board. He is very keen which is great for myself and customers. Most of our work is generated through personal recommendations which equates to 80% and 20% advertising. This is exactly the way we want it! We only fit Worcester boilers because of quality which is in line with the business, so we have the spares and knowledge to fit new and look after our existing customers Because of this, we hope to slowly grow the business, to meet demand.
