The FastTrack installation service speeds up the process of surveying a boiler installation and finding an installer when a new combi boiler swap is required. We provide a free online photographic survey to check the current boiler installation and assign an available FastTrack installer if your installation passes. We then will provide you with the quotation of the FastTrack installer. Provided no exception is applicable as per the terms and conditions, the price will not exceed the maximum price as advertised for the FastTrack package you have selected. Once you confirm you are happy to proceed, the installation contract between you and the FastTrack installer is concluded and your installer will be in touch. Once the installation is complete, you pay the installer directly who will then register your boiler with us and also the Gas Safe register. We do not charge for the arrangement and surveying service and also provide additional guarantee lengths for all FastTrack eligible installs. If your current boiler is not eligible for the FastTrack installation or fails the survey analysis, you will be advised and offered a free physical installation survey from an available Worcester Accredited Installer. In these instances, the installer will advise upon the most suitable boiler and accessories for your installation conditions and the quote that they provide you will reflect this.

One of our FastTrack management team will confirm the final price provided by your installer and secure your installation date. Once the installation has been completed by one of our Worcester Accredited installers, they will take the payment for the installation.

It's important that we ensure your new boiler fits your current heating and hot water requirements, and that we fully understand how your current heating system is setup before providing you with an accurate price for your new boiler. Our FastTrack survey service lets you select a convenient day and time for one of our Accredited Installers to visit you. They will perform a full survey of your current heating system, advise you on the best products for your needs and provide a quote for your new boiler.

To ensure your installation goes as smoothly as possible, we need to review your existing boiler and installation. Our team will analyse your photos and be in touch if there are any further questions. Failure to provide adequate photos may result in delays to your order and additional charges being incurred if further work is required when the installer arrives.
