How does my new heat pump work?

An air source heat pump uses the energy in the air to provide heat and hot water to your home. It uses electricity to run the components of a heat pump, to transfer the energy from the heat source into the heat sink or heating system.

How can keep the unit of my heat pump clean?

Your heat pump may get dirty due to general bad weather or build up of dirt or dust. To keep the unit clean, we recommend using warm water and a clean soft cloth to wipe down the outer casing of the unit in the event that it gets dirty.
