Can I see the boiler history if I’ve just moved into a new house?
Yes, MyBosch is connected to the boiler, not the person or property.
What can I see in my boiler history?
You can view all the known changes to your boiler, including the last time Worcester Bosch serviced it and which parts have been changed.
Can I see my boiler’s service history if I didn’t use a Worcester Bosch engineer?
At the moment, we can only show the details of Worcester Bosch appointments. We’re working on being able to show your entire boiler history, whoever has worked on it.
Can I use MyBosch to change my appointments?
Yes, you can view, request, cancel, re-arrange or see live updates for any booked appointment.
Can I see my boiler, power tools and home appliances all inside the same MyBosch?
