1. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

2. The promoter is Bosch Thermotechnology Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 01993294, whose registered office address is Cotswold Way, Warndon, Worcester, WR4 9SW, United Kingdom (“Promoter”).

3. The Promotion period will run from 1 September 2024 to 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

4. The Promotion is open to owners, directors and proprietors of Worcester Accredited Installer business that are members of the Promoter’s loyalty scheme (“Eligible Participant”). Eligible Participants must be who are aged 21 or over and resident in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland. Employees of the Promoter, or of any other company within the Bosch group of companies (including BSH Home Appliances Limited), and their immediate family members, Bosch’s agents or their employees, or any person professionally associated with this Promotion (or members of their family or household) are excluded from entering.

5. The Promoter assumes that by entering the Promotion (and the Participant warrants that) the participant is aged 21 or over. Participants entering the Promotion as an employee of an organisation must (i) inform their employer about the Promotion, and (ii) obtain the permission of their employer to enter the Promotion.  Promoter reserves the right to request satisfactory proof of identity.

Reward and Entry:

6. The Reward is a three night business trip to Porto, Portugal including the cost of economy return flights and standard accommodation for the Eligible Participant on 8^th – 11^th May. Also included are transfers between the airport and hotel in Portugal, food and drinks package on first night, breakfast each morning at the hotel, one daytime activity, and a gala dinner on the final evening.

7. There are seventy (70) Rewards available.

8. An Eligible Participant will receive the Reward:

a) Register to enter the Promotion at https://worcester-rewards.co.uk/powerup by Promoter and receive a confirmation email from the Promoter; and

b) During the Promotion Period is one of the first seventy (70) Eligible Participants to successfully meet the targets for the installation and registration of any Worcester Bosch Greenstar gas fired boiler (“Qualifying Products”) set out in the Annex, as compared to the number of Qualifying Products they installed and registered period 1 September 2023 – 31 December 2023;

(together the “Entry”).

9. Installed Qualifying Products must be registered with the Promoter through the loyalty portal www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/login.

10. Any Entry that does not contain the information required above will be an invalid Entry and will not be entered into the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to disqualify any Entry deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit or offensive, and accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully or fully completed due to any reason including technical faults.

11. An Eligible Participant that receives a reward under the Promoter’s additional promotion running in the Promotion Period [installer trip] is not eligible to receive the Reward under this Promotion.

12. The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to disqualify any Entry deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit or offensive, and accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully or fully completed due to any reason including technical faults.

13. Each Eligible Participant will be entitled to claim the Reward only once. Multiple entries of or on behalf of the same Eligible Participant and Entries received after the start of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

14. The Reward is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward with product(s) of equal or greater value at any time.

15. The Reward or any promotional item(s) must not be auctioned or resold. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept further Entries under this or any other promotion if it becomes aware of the reselling or auctioning of the Reward or any promotional item(s).

16. By making a valid Entry, the Eligible Participant gives their consent to be contacted by email to receive updates during the Promotion Period and within fourteen (14) days of the end of the Promotion Period to confirm if they have won the Reward.

17. The Promoter shall use its reasonable endeavours to contact the Eligible Participant through the means specified in these Terms.  If the Promoter is unable to contact any Eligible Participant within a reasonable period, or if any Eligible Participant is unable for whatever reason to accept the Reward, then the Promoter reserves the right to give the Reward to another Eligible Participant that meets these Terms. 

18. The Reward does not include transfers to and from UK airports, travel money, and any costs or expenditure not listed in paragraph 6 above.

General:

19. All travel will be managed and booked by the Promoter and/or an agent appointed on behalf of the Promoter.

20. No form of insurance is provided as part of the Reward.  It is the responsibility of the recipients to take out all relevant insurance (including, but not limited to, health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required and/or reasonable to take out.  All insurance, spending money and other expenses are costs for the recipients and are not provided as part of the Reward. 

21. Promoter is not responsible for any delays or cancellations to flights or other travel arrangements.

22. Eligible Participants and all Reward recipients must ensure they have all appropriate rights and documentation to travel and must have and maintain valid passports endorsed with all relevant visas and with dates of issue and expiration sufficient to allow travel to Portugal from the UK and as may be required by any relevant regulation. Passports, and their holders, must not be subject to any restrictions on their rights to travel to and from the applicable country or countries.  Passport control and in-country authorities may reserve the right to refuse entry to an Eligible Participant.  The Promoter shall not be responsible for ensuring that a Reward recipient has the right to travel to the destination nor for any additional costs incurred should a recipient be refused entry.

23. It is the responsibility of the Reward recipients to check any travel advisories issued by the Government, and to obtain any vaccinations or other medical advice required to travel to the destination. Reward recipients must determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the destination.  The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any recipient arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by the Government or receive any vaccinations or other medical advice.

24. The Reward will be awarded to an Eligible Participant in their professional capacity only.

25. In all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

26. At all times throughout the Promotion, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify any participant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the Terms, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.

27. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination or amendment to the Promotion will be communicated in the same way as the Promotion was communicated.

28. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions that are run by the Promoter or any company within the Bosch group of companies.

29. The Promoter excludes all liability for taxes relating to the Reward and any tax liability arising from the provision of the Reward will be the sole responsibility of the recipient of the Reward.

30. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your Entry, nor does the Promoter accept responsibility for the return of any Entry, including those consisting of artistic or other material.

31. If a participant does not wish for their details to be entered into the Promotion or if they opt out but then wish to re-enter, they can advise the Promoter by writing to its address set out in clause 2, or by email to: Marketing.Wo@uk.bosch.com.

32. By submitting an Entry Eligible Participants consent to their personal data being used in marketing materials relating to the Reward by the Promoter.

33. The Promoter will process the participants’ personal data on the Promoter’s behalf for the purposes of the Promotion, for promoting the Reward and complying with its delivery commitments. The Promoter’s legal basis for processing the personal data is that the processing is carried out for the legitimate business interests in connection with the Promotion and, if applicable, supply of the chosen products. The Promoter will not process the participants’ personal data for other purposes unless they have a legal basis for doing so. The Promoter handles the participants’ personal information in a secure and confidential manner and always in accordance with the law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016) and applicable UK law. It will not disclose the participants’ personal information to third parties unless there is a legal basis for this. The law provides the participants with rights in relation to their personal information. 34. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
